The 2025 WQA Convention & Exposition was held from April 22 to 24 at the Long Beach Convention Center in California, USA. The exhibition area covered more than 25,000 square meters. As an authoritative annual event in the North American water treatment industry, it attracted over 400 exhibitors and 13,714 visitors.
Amanda’s team, led by General Manager Tony Wang and Sales Director Carlson, attended the 2025 WQA show. They departed from Beijing and arrived at Los Angeles Airport at 9:30 p.m. local time on April 21. Then they went straight to Long Beach overnight. The next morning, they headed to the venue and started the booth setup right away.
Our Amanda team has 28 years of experience in the water treatment industry and 16 years in international trade. Our products are exported to over 120 countries. This time, we brought samples including household water purifiers, filter housings, cartridges, water softeners, control valves, and FRP tanks. These products were carefully selected by our team based on our main and best-selling items. They have performed well in past sales.
During the three-day exhibition, we received inquiries from hundreds of potential customers. We provided them with suitable water treatment solutions. One highlight was our experienced engineer with nearly 20 years in the water treatment field. He has worked on many large projects, such as municipal water supply, industrial water supply, wastewater treatment, water reuse, and zero liquid discharge. At the show, he provided online support, helping customers with accurate calculations, water quality analysis, system design, product selection, and maintenance suggestions. We reached cooperation agreements with 10 customers and signed orders at the show. Our service team will follow up with product production and continue to develop long-term cooperation with these clients.
Many visitors also asked about our new product plans. Every year, we launch new R&D products, which are innovative and practical. They often meet or exceed customer expectations. We were glad to share our latest products with both new and old customers. It was a busy but joyful three days. We were happy to meet many new partners at the 2025 WQA. Thank you to everyone who chose Amanda’s products and services. All the samples we brought were also sold out due to high demand.
We believe face-to-face communication helps us better understand customer needs and explore cooperation opportunities. That’s why we also arranged flexible meeting times outside the exhibition. The next day, we traveled to Houston. We rented a car locally and visited customers from April 28 to May 2.
Through these visits, we learned more about the local market. Based on this, we helped clients optimize their product configurations and recommended more model options. We also helped solve some technical issues. One customer had questions about the settings of our TZ2 softener control valve. Our professional team explained the internal program, parameter settings, and application scenarios in detail. This visit helped us build a closer relationship with the customer. They gave us great feedback and praised our professional service.
This trip to the U.S. was both a brand promotion and a learning experience for our team. Our team worked closely together, quickly adjusted to situations, and handled every task in an organized way. We know that what customers care about most is reliable, high-quality water treatment solutions. We will continue to focus on this industry and bring better products to the world.
After this exhibition and market research, we see strong potential in the U.S. softener market. Our company plans to focus on developing a new softener control valve and a new household RO system in 2025. If you are interested, feel free to contact us. We are happy to discuss and even provide custom services for you. These new products may also be showcased at the next WQA show. We invite all friends in the water treatment industry to meet again in Long Beach in 2026. Let’s continue the conversation about water treatment. See you next year!
