Product Advantages

RO membrane elements with end-locked connections, high effective membrane area and low energy consumption desalination reverse osmosis membrane elements with ultra-low energy consumption and single-stage design achieve the perfect combination of high productivity and high desalination rates and are ideally suited to isosaline and medium temperature feed water conditions. In addition, it is ideal for two-stage desalination designs or high salinity brackish water applications.

Operating Precautions

To prevent potential membrane damage during start-up, shutdown, cleaning or other processes, avoid any sudden pressure or mis-flow flow changes in the rolled element. During start-up, we recommend a gradual transition from standstill to operation according to the following procedure.

1. The feed water pressure should be gradually increased over a time frame of 30 to 60 seconds.

2. The increase to the design mis-flow rate should be reached gradually over a period of 15-20 seconds.

3. The product water should be drained and not used within the first hour.
